Get long and strong in this stretch and sculpt workout! Start with foam rolling and a dynamic core warmup on the roller before moving through a full body sculpt workout using the pilates ball. Finish with stretches that focus on pulling length back through your fascial lines. This is a great workout to tag on to a walk.
