Get strong in this strength workout that is packed with some of KG's favorite exercises. Start with mobility and activation before moving through dynamic strength circuits designed to challenge full body strength with an emphasis on glutes, core and triceps. You'll need one heavy dumbbell, a moderate weight dumbbell, a light hand weight, two yoga blocks and a resistance band. Get ready to get strong!
