This lower body focused workout will strengthen and tone your legs and glutes. Challenge yourself with a heavy kettlebell in the first strength circuit, you shouldn't be easily making the last rep each time. The second circuit has a burnout of the glutes and legs followed by the stairmaster. Let's work!
